Rumaila: Delivering for Iraq

One of the world’s largest producing oilfields and Iraq’s most important natural resource, the Rumaila oilfield is being transformed into a world-class operation to serve Iraq and its people.

Rumaila is managed by the Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO), a joint venture between BOC, BP, PetroChina and SOMO.
